1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies are small data files or identifiers placed on or read from your device when you visit a website. They can support essential functions, remember choices, protect forms, and—where permitted—measure use of the site.
2. Technologies we may use
- Strictly necessary: required for hosting, security, fraud prevention, network management, forms, and remembering privacy choices. These cannot usually be disabled through a consent banner.
- Analytics: help us understand aggregate website use and improve performance. These are optional and will be used only after consent where required.
- Preference: remember choices that improve your experience. Non-essential preference technologies are used only where legally permitted.
3. Webflow and forms
The site is hosted and delivered through Webflow. Webflow and supporting infrastructure may use technologies necessary to provide, secure, and operate the website and its forms. Form submissions are handled under our Privacy Policy.
4. Analytics
If analytics such as Google Analytics is enabled, it will be configured to respect the site’s consent mechanism and remain inactive until you opt in where consent is required. Analytics providers may process device, browser, approximate location, page, event, and timestamp data. We do not permit optional analytics to be used as a substitute for consent.
5. Your choices
Where a consent control is displayed, you can accept or reject optional categories and later change your choice using the available privacy control. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent parts of the site or forms from working correctly.
6. Duration
Session technologies expire when the browser session ends. Persistent technologies remain for a defined period or until deleted. We periodically review active technologies and aim to use the shortest period reasonably necessary for their stated purpose.
7. Third parties and transfers
Technology providers may process data on our behalf and may operate internationally. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when technologies, providers, or legal requirements change. Questions about cookies or consent may be sent to kristian@luxgroup.club.
